When contacting us, please remember the more complete the information you give us, the quicker we can follow-up on your referral. That includes information such as the correct address of the property, license plate numbers, or other details about the problem that might help us to respond to your request. If you'd like a copy of the follow-up report, include your mailing address and an update will be sent to you.

    Information Center phones are staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm. During peak hours you may get a message saying that all of our lines are currently busy. That means that all of our Customer Service Representatives are tied up with calls. If you can hold, a representative will be with your just as soon as possible. If you are unable to hold, please try back or call our voicemail after hours and leave a message about your concerns.
